Soul-led marketing starts with alignment. Making sure the marketing reflects who you really are, not who you wish you were. Strategy comes after alignment. Always.

Second, the studio is built for the AI era. I use AI heavily for execution, which lets me spend my time on the strategic and human work that AI can't do.

Most clients start with the Strategy Partnership: a monthly retainer where we look at the whole business and build the marketing strategy from the foundation up. That includes refining or rebuilding existing marketing systems where needed. Some clients stay in Strategy long-term because the ongoing strategic work is the value. Others move into Social Media or Paid Ads execution after the strategy is clear. Many run multiple partnerships simultaneously.

Do you build custom AI systems or do other custom marketing work?

Yes. Beyond the three core partnerships, the studio takes on custom projects scoped to the inquiry. This includes custom AI system builds (content systems, automated workflows, AI-assisted ad operations, brand-trained marketing tools), as well as one-off audits, campaign launches, and specialized projects that don't fit a standard partnership structure. Do you offer one-off projects or audits?

Yes, on a custom basis. While the studio's core offerings are monthly partnerships (Strategy, Social Media, Paid Ads), one-off projects and audits are scoped and priced based on the inquiry. Brand audits, marketing audits, campaign launches, custom AI system builds, and other defined projects can all be done outside of a monthly partnership. The inquiry form is the place to start.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. The studio is remote-first. Clients across the US and internationally work well as long as we can coordinate meetings within reasonable time zones.

Will you sign an NDA?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the partnership requires it. Most partnerships don't need one, but for clients with sensitive business information, IP concerns, or in regulated industries, we can put one in place at the start of the engagement.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Once a partnership begins, the first month is foundation. We do a deep onboarding session where we go through your business, your offer, your audience, your numbers, your current marketing, and what you're actually trying to build. Everything that comes after is built on that foundation.

How do client communications work between meetings?

Each partnership includes asynchronous access between scheduled meetings. That means you can reach me by email or your preferred channel for questions, decisions, and strategic input. Because I work in marketing, I'm on my laptop and phone throughout the day, so responses tend to come back quickly. The studio operates on a reasonable rhythm, not constant availability. You'll get the time and attention the work needs, with the trust that I'm not running on hustle culture.

What software and tools do you use?

The studio runs on a stack that includes Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, AI tools like Claude and a layered system of marketing-specific AI applications, analytics platforms, content production software, and project management tools. The full stack is scoped per partnership. Clients don't need to learn or pay for any of it.

Do you have a contract?

Yes. Every partnership starts with a written agreement that covers scope, pricing, terms, and the three-month minimum commitment. Renewal terms are scoped at the end of the initial term.

What does it cost to work with Running with Strategy?

Strategy Partnership starts at $1,500/month. Social Media Partnership starts at $1,750/month. Paid Ads Partnership starts at $2,500/month management fee. Custom work is scoped and priced per project. All monthly partnerships have a three-month minimum commitment. Pricing scales from the base depending on the complexity of your business and what the partnership actually needs to cover.

Why is there a three-month minimum?

Strategic work needs continuity to compound. The first month is foundation. The second month is when things start shifting. The third month is when the strategy actually starts paying off. Anything less than three months and we'd just be getting started when the engagement ends, which doesn't serve anyone.

What's included in the management fee for Paid Ads?

Accepted Answer

Strategic foundation, campaign architecture, audience research, daily campaign monitoring and optimization, creative direction, ad copy, AI-assisted creative production, weekly performance reviews, monthly strategic recalibration, and reporting. The management fee does NOT include ad spend. That's paid directly to Meta and TikTok, separately from the studio.

How is ad spend handled?

Ad spend is separate from the management fee and paid directly by you to Meta and TikTok. The studio manages the strategy and execution; the spend goes through your accounts. We'll talk through the right ad spend for your business and stage in the inquiry conversation. The right number depends on your location, offer, and growth model.

What if I want to extend or end a partnership after three months?

Renewal terms are scoped at the end of the initial three-month term based on what the partnership is doing for your business. We'll talk through whether continuing makes sense, what the right next phase looks like, or whether the work is complete.

Do you do payment plans or discounts?

Accepted Answer

No. The studio pricing is what it is, and the minimums protect both sides of the partnership. If the current pricing isn't the right fit for your business right now, the inquiry form will route you to free and paid resources that might serve you better in this season. You're welcome to come back when you're ready.

The inquiry form itself is the studio's free consultation. It asks the questions that matter, helps you think through what you're looking for, and gives me what I need to know whether we're aligned. Yes. The studio is built on a layered system of AI tools that handle the parts of marketing that used to require a whole team. Research, drafts, optimization, image generation, content variations, analysis. AI is a multiplier. It lets the studio do the work of a full agency without losing the human thinking that makes the work matter.

AI assists. I direct. Every piece of copy, every campaign, every strategic decision goes through human judgment and your brand foundation. The studio uses AI for production speed and creative iteration, not for replacing the strategic and voice work that requires presence.

What are Custom AI Systems?

Custom AI Systems are a form of custom work the studio builds for clients who want to run more of their own marketing in-house. I build AI workflows trained on your brand: content systems, automated reporting, AI-assisted ad operations, anything your business needs to run lean and aligned. Some clients use these to reduce their reliance on outside marketing help; others keep the studio on as the strategist while AI handles the day-to-day.

The AI tools the studio uses are all enterprise-grade with privacy and data protection standards. Client information, brand foundations, and any sensitive business data are not used to train external models or shared beyond what's required for the work. NDAs are available for clients who need additional protection in place.
