Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Running with Strategy LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida. We are a marketing studio working with founders on strategy, social, and paid advertising.

2. What we collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out the inquiry form on /begin, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), a link to your business or work (optional), the partnership type you're considering, your timing and budget, your written answers about what you've built, your mission, and anything else you choose to share.

Newsletter signup. When you subscribe to A Letter, Sometimes, we collect your email address.

Automatic information. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page accessed, timestamp) are collected by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and operational purposes. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

Inquiry form submissions are used to respond to you about a potential working relationship. They are routed to chloe@runningwithstrategy.com and stored in our email subscriber platform (Kit) for the purpose of replying to you and, if you opt in, sending you occasional follow-ups about the studio.

Newsletter signups are used to send you A Letter, Sometimes. We do not send promotional sequences disguised as letters.

We do not use your information to train AI models, profile you for advertising, or any purpose other than what's described in this policy.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We use the following service providers to operate the studio:

• Vercel — site hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivers inquiry form submissions to our inbox.
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — stores subscriber lists and delivers the newsletter.

Each of these providers acts as a processor on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory request).

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry submissions and newsletter records are kept for as long as you remain a subscriber or active prospect, and reasonable time after for our records. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. Functional cookies may be set by Vercel for hosting and by the newsletter platform if you subscribe. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide a cookie notice where required by law.

7. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• — Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (one-click link in every email).
• — Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• — Request correction or deletion of that information.
• — Request that we stop processing your information for marketing purposes.

California residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by these laws.

EEA / UK residents: Our legal basis for processing is your consent (for the newsletter) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiate. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect information in transit (HTTPS) and at rest with our service providers. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected users in the event of a confirmed breach as required by law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
