Fire your marketing agency.

Signs it's time to fire your marketing agency

  1. The report is screenshots. The number you care about isn't on it.
  2. Cost per lead went up. You were told to be patient.
  3. If they left tomorrow, your ads would stop.

That isn't a content problem. It's an ownership problem.

What a marketing agency actually does, and which half you still need

Job one: managing the account.

The account and the market. Spend, results, cost per lead, tired creative, what competitors are running. Daily, rules-based, most of the retainer. The system does it better than a person can: same numbers, every day, tuned to your goals, nothing to be patient about.

Job two: knowing your offer.

Who it's for, why it wins, what the hero product is. That's judgment. Agencies usually got it wrong because they were never in the room with your customers. You were.

We install the system for job one. We sit with you for job two. Then you own both.

What the system does every day, better than a media buyer

Your daily brief.

Every morning, a short note on what your ads did yesterday: what you spent, what came in, what it cost you per lead or sale, and which ads are working and which are wearing out. You read it with your coffee. You don't log into Ads Manager.

Decisions come to you, already made.

When an ad is tired, it tells you to swap it and by when. When something's working, it suggests giving it more budget. You say yes or no. It handles the rest.

It watches your competitors so you don't have to.

Their ads, their emails, their posts, and what people say in the comments. It lands in your Notion every week with notes on the angles they're using, then drafts your next round of hooks from what it found.

It keeps score on your tests.

Which landing page or form is live, how it's converting, and when it's time to pick the winner.

You get your own operating system.

A Notion workspace built around your business: your offer, your creative, your competitor research, your tests. Yours to keep whether or not you ever work with us again.

Maybe your agency does some of this already. Ask them three things: can you see it every day, does it live in your accounts, and does it stay if you part ways? If the answer is no, you're renting your own marketing.

Built for founders who don't do marketing. It explains what happened, tells you what to do about it, and waits for your yes.

The build this came out of

Aqilla is a performance sportswear brand. The founder had run her own Meta ads for years, spending real money, without knowing whether the campaigns were working. We rebuilt the account, then built the system that watches it: every morning she gets a text with yesterday's numbers against the last seven days, which ads are fading, and what to do about it. The media-buyer work happens on her phone before her first coffee.

That system is what the install puts on your account.

Pick your starting point

  1. First 30 minutes

    Your offer, straight, written down.

  2. Next 45

Ad account and Notion connected. Rules set. First brief, together.

  3. Last 15

The ten-minute daily routine, and a straight answer on what else you need.

The Install

$1,500

Ninety minutes. You, plus whoever handles marketing inside your business.

We sit with you, write down what makes your business worth buying from, and connect the system to your ad account and your Notion. It's running before the session ends. If you continue to the Build, the $1,500 counts toward it.

What's not included

New creative, a landing page, follow-up emails, weekly tuning. Some founders handle that in-house. Most would rather not.

The Build

$9,000

Ninety days.

Everything in the install, plus we build the pipeline around it. Your offer page. A creative system with a refresh schedule. Email and text follow-up. The system tuned every week against your numbers. After ninety days you run it, or keep us on month to month.

Start with the install, decide on the Build after

Chloe Nelson

Built by someone who ran the agency

I run a marketing studio in Miami. For years that meant reports, approvals, and watching ad accounts for founders who could have watched them themselves if anyone had shown them how. So I built the system that watches mine, then built it for clients. Now the install is the product.

Who this is for

  • You're already profitable.
  • You've paid an agency and can't say what you got.
  • Someone on your team can own ten minutes a day.
  • You'd rather own the system than rent it.
  • Pre-revenue, or still testing the idea.
  • Here for personal brand work. That's a different offer.
  • Want a team to hand everything to and never look at. That's the Build, not the install.

Questions founders ask before the install

Do I need to know how to run ads?

No. You need to know your business. The install covers the rest, and the daily brief is written for a founder, not a media buyer.

Does it spend my money on its own?

Never. It suggests a change, you say yes, it makes the change. Every one is logged.

I already have an agency. Do I have to leave them first?

No. Keep them through the install. After a week of daily briefs you'll know what the retainer is actually buying.

What do I need before the session?

Admin access to your Meta ad account, a Notion account (free works), and whoever will run the daily routine in the room with you.

Do you do Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn ads?

Meta only. Facebook and Instagram. That's where this works.

What if I want the Build after the install?

Then the $1,500 comes off the $9,000. The install is the first ninety minutes of the Build either way.

What if I already use an AI ads tool?

Then you know the tool is the easy part. What you're paying for here is the ninety minutes: your offer written down, your thresholds set, your Notion built, and someone who's done this a hundred times in the room.

Fire your marketing agency. Keep everything it was doing.

Lead generation becomes something your company owns, and a business that owns its pipeline is worth more than one that rents it.
