No. Running with Strategy does not offer money-back guarantees. Payment for the Brand Clarity Session or the Install becomes non-refundable once the session is held, and payment for Get Recommended once the work has begun. For monthly work, the first month is paid up front and is non-refundable. All of this is in your written agreement.
