Dorie Nelson Real Estate: custom site pieces, automated seller reports and a CRM assistant

A Casper, Wyoming real estate team kept its CRM website and got the pieces it was missing: custom-coded sections and a seller's guide page, weekly seller reports and client documents that generate from the numbers, and an AI assistant connected to the CRM.

The pages

  • Home: trust bar, call-to-action band, buyer and seller journey stepper, reviews marquee
  • Wyoming Home Seller's Guide: the lead-capture page
  • Seller's guide thank-you page with the PDF and a booking link
  • Private client pages for every seller report, market analysis and listing presentation

What the site does

  • Captures a seller lead with two fields, tags it in the CRM and emails the guide at once
  • Writes and publishes a branded seller report for every listing each Friday from one table of numbers
  • Generates listing presentations and comparative market analyses as PDFs and private links
  • Sends a weekday morning digest of new and active leads with the day's call list
  • Logs calls, notes, tasks and stage moves in the CRM from a text message
  • Drafts two newsletters a month for review before they go out

How it is built

Custom HTML and CSS blocks inside the Lofty CMS with Lofty's form, tags and automation; document generators in Python with a Notion table as the input; an AI assistant on a dedicated server connected to the CRM, reached by text message.

The seller's guide page has been live since September 2026; the reports since August and the assistant since September 2026.

What was the problem?

Dorie Nelson Real Estate is a Coldwell Banker team in Casper, Wyoming. Its website runs on Lofty, the CRM the team uses for leads, listings and drip campaigns, so the site had to get better without leaving the platform. Beyond the site, the team was doing by hand every week what a system should do: writing seller updates, building listing presentations and market analyses, and keeping the CRM current after every call.

What did we do?

On the website, we custom coded the pieces the team needed inside the Lofty site: a trust bar with the team's real numbers, a four-card call-to-action band, a buyer and seller journey stepper, a Google reviews marquee, and the Wyoming Home Seller's Guide page with a five-question FAQ, FAQPage schema and a two-field form. A submission tags the lead in the CRM, the guide goes out by email at once, and a thank-you page offers the PDF and a booking link.

For the documents, we built three generators in the team's brand: a seven-page About Us presentation, a six-page comparative market analysis, and a weekly seller marketing update. Each one renders as a branded PDF and a private web link for the client. The seller reports run on their own: the week's numbers go into one table, and every Friday the system writes each listing's report with the change from the week before, publishes the links, and sends the team the summary.

For the CRM, we built a custom AI assistant that runs on its own server and is connected to Lofty. Every weekday morning it reads the lead list and sends the team a digest: new leads, leads active again, and the day's calls with an opener for each. During the day the team texts it in plain English. It logs a call or a note on the lead, adds a task, answers whether a lead has been contacted from the real CRM timeline, sets reminders, and moves a lead's stage only after the team confirms. The same system drafts the team's two monthly newsletters for review before they go out through the CRM.

What changed?

The seller's guide page has been live since September 2026, with the form, the email and the thank-you page tested end to end. The weekly seller reports have gone out on Fridays since August 2026, and the assistant has sent the morning digest every weekday since late September 2026. The team's leads, notes and follow-ups stay inside the CRM it already uses, and the work that used to take a person's week now takes the team a few minutes of numbers and a few text messages.
